Trust and privacy
A market intelligence product is only as good as the line it will not cross. Here is ours, in plain words.
What we never do
- Receive, store or show personal data: no names, contacts, device identifiers or IP addresses of panel members
- Export visitor IDs from the platform, on any plan, for any customer
- Build segments on gambling intensity, vulnerability, health, minors or protected characteristics
- Re-identify anyone: cells under 100 IDs are hidden and cannot be recovered by subtraction
- Sell data about people; we licence aggregates about markets
How the disclosure policy works
Every query passes one disclosure function in the engine before a number leaves it: minimum cell size, suppressed complements, hidden denominators under 1,000 in market reports, and a CI test that rejects any export with identifier-like columns or values. The policy is documented in the methodology and shown in the passport.
Where the data lives
Panel observations are pseudonymous and processed in partner clean rooms; aggregates and the entity graph are hosted in the EU. Access is by organisation, role and plan, with an audit log of exports and activations.
Agreements
- Data processing agreement for every customer
- Compliance matrix of country × vertical × action with legal sources, applied on every query
- Activation only through partner clean rooms under the customer's own contract
- Security questionnaire and sub-processor list on request
- Responsible disclosure: security@ on the contact page
